What can I do if my neighbor is lighting off fireworks?

An individual who is at least 12 years of age may use, explode or possess any retail fireworks within the city limits of the City of West Fargo, commencing 8 a.m. CDT July 4 and ending on 11:59 p.m. CDT July 4, and commencing 8 p.m. Dec. 31 CST and ending 1 a.m. CST Jan. 1. Fireworks may be used within city limits, but cannot be used on public property or on another person's property without permission from the property owner.
