Builder’s New Residential Construction

N.D.C.C. § 57 2, 2008(42)

If you are a contractor who is considering building new construction homes, the City of West Fargo participates in an incentive program that may allow you to qualify for a reduction on part of your property taxes for one year while the home is being constructed or marketed.
